Thank you so much for coming around yesterday. It was a true act of kindness, which has become so rare these days. So, hugely appreciated. I have phoned Bathstore, quoted the part number you gave me, and they confirmed that is the part for the shower, which they’ve ordered for us at no extra cost.

Many thanks also for recommending us a local plumber.
